Built with a waterproof, breathable DRYVENT™ shell and insert, these women's ski mittens help keep snow and moisture out while allowing excess heat to escape. A fluorine-free durable water-repellent (DWR) finish adds protection against wet conditions, while HEATSEEKER™ synthetic insulation uses hollow-core fibers to help retain warmth. The insulation contains 70% post-consumer recycled polyester, and a soft polar fleece lining adds comfort against the hands. With fingers enclosed together inside the mitten, the Montana Mitt is an excellent choice for cold days when warmth is a priority.

Designed with functionality in mind, the Women's Montana Mitt features silicone gripper dots on the palms for improved grip when handling ski poles and winter equipment. A one-hand adjustable wrist closure and integrated shockcord gauntlet help create a secure fit while limiting snow entry. Additional features include a convenient nose wipe, a carabiner loop, and a pairing clip to keep your mittens together between adventures. Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your order from The Backpacker, so we offer no hassle returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or unwashed items. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Items must be in the same condition as when it was received and should include the vendor packaging and tags. Unwanted merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please allow 10-14 days for processing of the return. We will not reimburse for expedited shipping costs.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Any items discounted more than 30% are deemed final sale and cannot be returned.

If my order does not fit as expected or I change my mind, can I return it for free?

Absolutely! If you find that your order does not match the description or you simply change your mind, you can return your order for free using the UPS return label or in-store up to 100 days after you’ve received your product. 

Can I return or exchange gently worn/used items?

No. Items can only be returned in the following condition:

• Unworn 
• Unwashed
• Same condition as purchased
• In original packaging 
• With all original vendor tags 

This includes defective merchandise.

Used merchandise can not be returned without written approval from a team member of The Backpacker. 

What should I do in the event of a broken product?

If you receive a product that is defective or in an undesirable condition, please return the item within 100 days and let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please notify us in advance so we will know to anticipate the item if it doesn't reach us within the 100 day limit.  

How do I return my web order?

• Repackage your items including your packing slip with the reason for the return.
• Select whether you want a refund, store credit, or exchange.
• Attach the provided return label to the outside of your package.
• Drop off your item(s) at your local freight delivery access point (UPS store).
• If you did not receive a return label with your order or you need a replacement, email us ar customerservice@backpackeroutdoors.com or message using our Live Chat option available from 8:30am-4pm (cst).
• Check your email for confirmation of the refund / credit / shipping of the exchange.
• Web orders returned to our retail stores outside of Web Team business hours, Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm CST, will be processed on the next business day.
