BioLite Site Lights
The BioLite Site Lights provide versatile, rechargeable illumination for campsites, backyards, festivals, and outdoor adventures. The system includes six individual lights, six durable ABS stakes, and a rechargeable storage case, allowing each light to be hung overhead, attached to a stake, or carried wherever extra illumination is needed.
Six lights can illuminate an area up to 1,000 square feet, with low, medium, and high brightness settings for adjusting the amount of light to your setup. Each light provides up to 20 hours of runtime on low or six hours on high, while the fully charged storage case can recharge all six lights twice.
The charging case can be powered using its integrated high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panel or USB-C, making the system convenient for both off-grid trips and everyday use. With an IPX4 water-resistant rating and rugged three-sided ABS stakes, BioLite Site Lights are built for outdoor environments.

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your order from The Backpacker, so we offer no hassle returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or unwashed items. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Items must be in the same condition as when it was received and should include the vendor packaging and tags. Unwanted merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please allow 10-14 days for processing of the return. We will not reimburse for expedited shipping costs.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Any items discounted more than 30% are deemed final sale and cannot be returned.
SEASONAL ITEMS: Due to shortened seasonal demand, items in the categories below have a 14 day return window

Remember to:
1) Include your packing slip with reason for the return
2) Select whether you want a refund, store credit, or exchange

If my order does not fit as expected or I change my mind, can I return it for free?
Absolutely! If you find that your order does not match the description or you simply change your mind, you can return your order for free using the UPS return label or in-store up to 100 days after you’ve received your product.
Can I return or exchange gently worn/used items?
No. Items can only be returned in the following condition:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Same condition as purchased
- In original packaging
- With all original vendor tags
This includes defective merchandise.
Used merchandise can not be returned without written approval from a team member of The Backpacker.
What should I do in the event of a broken product?
If you receive a product that is defective or in an undesirable condition, please return the item within 100 days and let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please notify us in advance so we will know to anticipate the item if it doesn't reach us within the 100 day limit.
How do I return my web order?
- Repackage your items including your packing slip with the reason for the return.
- Select whether you want a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Attach the provided return label to the outside of your package.
- Drop off your item(s) at your local freight delivery access point (UPS store).
- If you did not receive a return label with your order or you need a replacement, email us ar customerservice@backpackeroutdoors.com or message using our Live Chat option available from 8:30am-4pm (cst).
- Check your email for confirmation of the refund / credit / shipping of the exchange.
- Web orders returned to our retail stores outside of Web Team business hours, Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm CST, will be processed on the next business day.
How long does it take for returns to be processed?
Please allow up to 10-14 business days for returns to be processed.
