We are so looking forward to skiing this winter! We have been in touch with our suppliers in preparation for the 2020-2021 ski season and they are making all the necessary adjustments to keep everyone safe & skiing. Summer activities, like mountain biking, are serving as a model as to how the ski resorts can open on time- and stay open all winter. We do know that some things will be different when we go back to the mountains, but we can have faith in knowing that when in the mountains it will still be an amazing time.
There are a few things you can do now to plan for your trip and feel confident in booking. First it's good to be aware of your deposit and cancellation policies in the event that anything happens to affect your trip. We are working with our travel partners to offer more flexible cancellation options that allow you to book your trip with confidence, should something drastically change your ability to make your trip. We always recommend trip insurance, and partner with Allianz
to offer you that security. We recommend you continue to monitor information from the CDC
, airlines, lodging companies, etc as changes may happen between now and booking.
The ski resorts are updating procedures to keep us all safe when in the resort. In order to keep the resorts open we'll be recommending following all precautions put in place. A few of the notable changes will include advance lunch ordering online, new covered & heated dining areas, wearing masks in restaurants or public spaces, & socially distant ski lift operations to name a few.We are here for you every step of the way in the ski trip planning process. Hopefully we'll see you soon and plan an awesome trip together! If you don't plan on traveling this winter we'll be here whenever you're ready, and hoping you and your loved ones are well!
Sincerely,Caroline BeslinSki Trip Director
